做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
