做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
