做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
