做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
