做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
