做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
