做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
