做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
