做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
