做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
