做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
