做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
