做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
