做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
