做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
