做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
