做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
