做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
