做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
