做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
