做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
