做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
