做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
