做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
