做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
