做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
