做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
