做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
