做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
