做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
