做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
