做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
