做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
