做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
