做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
