做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
