做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
