做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
