做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
