做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
