做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
