做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
