做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
