做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
