做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
