做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
