做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
