做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
