做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
