做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
